100 bands, 3 weekends: Singapore's biggest local music festival yet?

What could be Singapore's biggest music festival to feature an all-local lineup takes place over the next three weekends at the old Hougang South bus interchange in Kovan.

This massive event is organised by The Rockstar Collective (The RSC) in collaboration with the People's Association. The RSC is behind Identite, a weekly local music showcase at Home Club.

The festival features a gamut of genres from rock to indie, electronic, and even soul, say the organissers on Facebook. Festival-goers will also be able to buy works from local designers and artists, as well as band merchandise.

Some notable acts performing include Monster Cat, In Each Hand A Cutlass, Caracal, Gentle Bones and Sub:Shaman.

Admission is free. Check out the event page on Facebook for more details.
